Job Title :- Workday Implementation Training Coordinator

Location–Lehigh Valley Health, Allentown, PA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Educate impacted colleagues on changes to policies, processes, roles, and technology

Tailor the training plan based on the needs of individual stakeholder groups (i.e., recruiter, requester, manager, etc.)

Base training around end-to-end process overviews, demonstrating how the technology enables the process

Utilize bite-sized, on-demand learning materials, where possible, rather than solely relying on traditional live training courses

Deliver comprehensive training while being mindful of the time commitment

Create options for relevant content, including on-demand support resources

Center learning content around

role-based use cases for relevancy

(i.e., SCM receiver will have modules on Workday Receiving)

Utilize demonstrations and defined exercises instead of a sandbox
