Job Description
This position involves transferring recipient information to an Excel spreadsheet.
Entering and retrieving electronic data.
Processing printed documents.
The Office Assistant maintains unit files, logs and other records.
Enters data into electronic files, databases, and/or spreadsheets, as needed.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
General Office Experience And Proficiency In The Following
Data entry, typing/word processing, filing, and basic math skills for assigned business tasks.
Needs to operate varied office equipment.
Required Skills
Solid Organizational Skills.
Data Entry
Words per min: 45+.
Accuracy Rate (Typing): 92%+.
10 Key KPH: 8,000+.
Accuracy Rate (10 Key): 98%+.
Excel (Intermediate)
Lookup functions.
Formatting Cells.
Data Sorting.
