The Staffing Operations analyst (a member of the business operations team) will support all the Philadelphia business and technology capabilities aligning consultants with the right opportunities to deliver solutions to our clients.

The Staffing Operations Analyst

As a Staffing Operations Analyst in our Business Operations function, you will provide key support in the core components of executing staffing operations. The successful teammate will have a strong ability to execute, paired with a passion for our people, as well as the ability to create data-based insights, replicable processes, and valuable tools that support our mission of running an effective business. The Staffing Operations Analyst will also be organized, communicative and flexible, as well as highly effective at taking priority workstreams and running with them independently.

What You Will Do

• Support our people’s staffing experience, staffing routines & best practices.
• Support the maintenance of a data-based view of our people – their skills, their interests, their staffing assignments, and opportunities.
• Own our workstream focused on data quality – support the development and maintenance of staffing-related reporting, dashboards and insights across tools/sources including Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Own the consultant bench program and serve as a point of contact for our available consultants.
• Maintain sales, opportunity, staffing and engagement information in internal systems
• Evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement and/or automation
• Support the Philadelphia staffing call and all East Region Staffing calls
• Perform data audit pertaining to Staffing
• Execute Staffing operations request in SF

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Experience and interest in bringing data-based insights to life across requisite tools/technologies (Salesforce, Teams, PowerBI, Excel)
• Experience with data quality, process improvement, and employee engagement
• Strong bias toward high quality and accuracy in all aspects of delivery
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to context switch multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to work with many levels in the organization, support departments and business leaders
• Experience in professional services company and operations or account management activities is a plus
• B.S. or commensurate work experience
