This position is responsible for supplying manufacturing materials and finished goods to various departments and manufacturing lines according to production schedule and department standards. Responsible for demonstrating safe work practices and following all Schwan Cosmetics, USA cGMP, policies and procedures.
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor/Director of Inventory & Control

• Deliver and pick up components, retrieve pick list for order, and pull parts. Weigh count transfer orders and confirm in SAP. Kit orders for all departments, return unused materials to appropriate warehouse storage locations. Verify accuracy of quantity and labels on all staged and returned materials.

• Safely operate specialized equipment such as tow motor, forklift, pallet jack and/or hand trucks.

• Engage in housekeeping, safety and continuous improvement projects.

• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required or 1-3 years of equivalent experience. Must be able to speak, read/comprehend, and write in English.

Experience: 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment required. Inventory control, warehouse and/or material handling experience a plus. Forklift/reach truck, pallet jack and stock/cherry picker experience preferred.

Functional Competencies: Basic MS Office computer skills, basic math skills, collaboration, communication, team work, adhere to safety and housekeeping standards, attention to detail, proofreading, critical thinking and flexibility.
