Job Description
Maintain equipment and facility to high safety standards.
Understand and communicate potential safety issues and know LOTO procedures.
Schedule, perform and document PM per machine OEM recommendations.
Perform and document service and maintenance work on all machines, and auxiliary equipment.
Coordinate with technical support of machine manufacturers when needed.
Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and equipment.
Perform plant and equipment, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, towers and plumbing repairs.
Maintain and document spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Identify and source components and supplies.
Perform painting, drilling, cutting, and pipe fitting as needed. PPE is to be used where required.
Setup of secondary operations such as assembly fixtures and ultrasonic welding machines.
Injection Molding Experience Preferred
Job requirements
Production/ Assembly plant maintenance experience.Electrical – mechanical skill. 110V, 220V, 480V AC/DC
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, hydraulics and electrical schematics
Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time.
Computer literate
Motivated self-starter with continuous improvement attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work overtime as needed for maintenance functions.
Work with contractors and service techs as needed.
