Job Overview
The purpose of this role is to be the subject matter expert for Asian/Domestic brand of automobiles and to provide vehicle technical support related to all aspects of the vehicle.Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the SME for Asian/Domestic brand of automobiles
- Maximize first time resolution of customer queries
- Responsible for resolving all issues at every level
- Responsible for providing information and advice on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to customer via telephone and supported equipment
- Accountable for documenting all customer interactions in Opus IVS database
- Partner with technicians and software development teams to improve products and services
- Responsible for providing training support to customers and employees as required
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Minimum five years (5) experience with Asian/Domestic dealership(s) or equivalent
- Has attained factory trained dealership credentials or certifications that are at the Master level
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong problem solver
- Proven team player
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office
- Ability to download and upload files
- Ability to perform basic Internet connection problems
