About the Role:
- Sales and Marketing: Understand the business’s average gross sales, gross margin, and overall profitability. Learn to track service prices and profitability and adjust accordingly. Manage and execute policies that support the shop’s sales and profitability goals. Lead new local marketing efforts.
- Customers: Maintain the highest quality customer satisfaction and ensure success by working with customers to address their needs. Oversee all aspects of customer success & daily logistics, including scheduling, optimization and capacity management.
- Personnel: Hiring all positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals. Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually.
- Vendors / Suppliers / Facilities: Maintain relationships with existing vendors and assess potential vendors, contractors and service providers. Make sure job sites are kept clean and adhering to all local regulations, requirements & compliance standards.
