We are seeking a Clinical Trial Engagement Specialist to be responsible for providing tactical support to the client’s Clinical Trial Engagement and Enrollment (CTEE) team, monitoring the effectiveness of the team’s site and patient focused tactics. The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented, display strong interpersonal & organizational skills, and be able to multitask working in a dynamic, fast-paced matrixed organization.
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Drives the development and implementation of processes leveraging business tools
- Tracks progress of the patient engagement/recruitment plan
- Provides support to business operations and financial management of the team with a focus on performance metrics, fund management, and vendor tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports/MS Excel spreadsheets
- Liaise with vendors, as needed
- Regularly provides updates to team leads, communicates issues, and recommends potential mitigation/resolution
Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years clinical trial experience and/or related working experience with an awareness of patient recruitment & retention and/or vendor considerations
- Proficient to advanced experience working with electronic systems and web-based applications including MS Office, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels
- Able to organize and present financial and/or performance data in a clear and appropriate manner
- Works efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment
Preferred Experience
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with website analytics
- Experience with Workfront
- Experience with SAP
