We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing personnel and all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong oral and written communicator who is mechanically inclined and capable of managing direct reports, working with cross-functional teams, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Responsibilities include ensuring that employees comply with policies and procedures, including Environmental Health and Safety, maintaining employee training records and competency logs, and measuring and maintaining the output of each shift by Performance to standard, Machine Utilization, Defect percentage, and Net efficiency performance. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency, 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and adequate auto insurance.
