The Search Engine Optimization Intern will use research and analysis to improve the HellermannTyton.us website. They will find the best and most relevant used in search engine queries and help determine the appropriateness of use based upon HellermannTyton.us needs. They will perform ongoing keyword research including discovery through SEO tools and expansion of keyword opportunities. They will recommend on-page SEO optimization.
This role is onsite and located in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Perform search term research
- Recommend on-page optimization and report any errors using Google Search Console
- Perform ongoing competitor research and report strategies and techniques used by our competition
- Review HellermannTyton.us SEO terms, through their monthly reports and incorporate as deemed useful
- Identify and fix SEO errors within our CMS system
- Review and fix other website page errors as reported through Google Data Studio
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Entry-level understanding of SEO and SEO techniques
- Understanding and comfort with research and general data analysis
- Digital marketing coursework
