In this beautiful, brand new location, you will care for “City of Fort Worth” employees, retirees and their families

Position Details

• Primary care practices with City of Fort Worth employees ready to be seen
• No Workers Comp
• Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm
• Provide preventative and routine care as well as management of chronic conditions
• EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• At least 2 year of family NP experience preferred
• Board certification and TX license required
