The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for our company and will closely coordinate with the Board of Directors.

Provides inspired leadership companywide.
Makes high-level decisions about policy and strategy; acts as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
Analyze and recommend the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
Develop credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports, financial trends and operation procedures to assist with Board of Directors of senior executive team.
Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
Improve the planning and budgeting process continually by educating departments and key members of the corporate leadership team.
Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with the laws and regulations.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Work closely with the Human Resource Department to ensure great hiring.
Qualifications and Education requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in relevant disciplines
5-10 years of industry experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, sociability, creativity, teamwork, time management skills and erudition.
