Job Title: AVP – Americas NFR Reporting Specialist

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime

Overview:

As a NFR Americas Reporting specialist, you will interface across a broad range of stakeholders, and support senior leadership and board level reporting. You will work closely with global counterparts to continue evolve reporting and will play key role in the development of roadmap for strategic solution connecting reporting with key components of NFR Framework, namely Risk and Control Assessments and Risk Appetite.

The Chief Risk Office function has Group-wide responsibility for the management and control of all credit, market, operational, enterprise, and liquidity risks and has the responsibility of continual development of methods for risk measurement, frameworks, and creating a bank wide strong risk culture. Client has been named ‘Bank Risk Manager of the Year’ by the leading publication risk.net for the second consecutive year (2020 & 2021).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for NFRM Americas executive stakeholders and board level reporting including generating risk profile dashboards pages in collaboration with Coverage Leads, Risk Type Controllers, offshore reporting teams, and Business partners; developing commentary to accompany risk profile distilling data into key messages for senior stakeholders’ consumption; and creating senior management briefing notes to accompany dashboards
  • Advancing reporting as framework components continue to evolve
  • Responsible for execution of the roadmap to align regional solution with global reporting solution as applicable
  • Day-to-day activities will include monthly report production by collecting data from a multitude of data providers and developing key messaging; running project to facilitate continuous process improvements; working with key stakeholders to ensure adequate risk coverage; performing portfolio analytics through detailed analysis of the data and derivation of trends

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau (nice to have but not required)
  • College degree
  • Experience in executive management reporting, financial services and in any of the risk stripes. Prior experience in operational risk, audit welcomed
  • Experience in business writing. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Prior experiences in managing high volume of data
