We are currently offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid out in three parts for the Lead Direct Support Professional / LDSP / Lead Caregiver position.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Must be 18 years of age, or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid adult driver’s license that in currently in good standing with a good driving record
- Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities:
The Lead Direct Support Professional / LDSP / Lead Caregiver works closely with the Program Manager and is also responsible for providing direct support, positive direction, and assistance to the individuals we support of all ages allowing them to be more effective in their everyday life.
- Assisting with doctors appointments and documenting data
- Support Program Manager with ensuring smooth operation at the home
- Helping residents with dining, mobility, health, and hygiene activities
- Accompanying individuals while running errands
- Attending special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events
- Assisting our individuals in achieving their personal goals and desires
